A teacher in kano, Ali have been made to face the law court, in front of Senior Magistrate court sitting in Gyadi-Gyadi for purportedly raping two of his class students, Sulaiman Umar and Bashir Yahaya.
The educator who leaves at Mariri quarters in Kano city was accounted for to have deceived the school children into his room, gave them N50 and raped one after the other.
The act was revealed to the Kano state Hisbah Board at some point in 2017 by guardians of the school children.
The educator was accused of unnatural offense in opposition to Section 284 of the punitive code law.
As indicated by the First Information Report (FIR) by the guardians, the charged individual tricked the two students into his apartment at Marini and forcefully laid down with them consistently.
The charge sheet included that the teacher gave the student's N50 after satisfying himself.
When the case was read out to the accused, Ali pleaded guilty to the case.
