Not less than five people have been reported dead after a deadly clash between two cult group in the state.
The recent attack occurred at Omerelu people group, Ikwerre Local Government Area of Rivers State.
It was revealed that four members of a cult group were beheaded on Friday morning.
Two among the casualties were just distinguished as Omereji and Ezekiel, a.k.a. Otherwise known as Atta-Ohu.
Revealing the scenes, a group source told Vanguard "the occurrence has prompted the break down of day by day work, church administrations and other social exercises in Omerelu at this very moment.
"Security agents have moved into the town, yet even with their appearance, occupants are escaping Omerelu."
After calling Rivers Police Public Relations Officer, Nnamdi Omoni, affirmed the occurrence promising to give clearer points of interest later.
