Barca star, Gerard Pique, has said that their season could change from good to more regrettable season, if the Spanish giant lose to Chelsea in their Champions League round of 16 tie.
The Spanish league leaders will travel to Stamford Bridge for the first leg of their game on Tuesday.
The two sides have played each other 12 times in the competition since 2000, most as of late in the 2011/2012 semi-finals.
There have been four Chelsea wins to three for Barca amid that time.
"Desires are greatest," Pique said on Thursday.
"We go out as top choices, with an opportunity to win.
"I know the environment is certain, exceptionally great, everything looks great, however I think we must be more reasonable.
"We need to work on the experience we have with Chelsea, what has occurred as of late, and realize that one terrible day could see us crash out of the Champions League.
"A terrible outcome against Chelsea could transform the great season we are having into one that is not all that great.
"Barcelona are in a decent position in the LA liga and the Copa del Rey and we go to London in the Champions League hoping to win.
