Chelsea have agreed a contract deal with Roma to land Edin Dzeko to Stamford bridge.
Chelsea boss Antonio Conte is keen to reinforce his squad with a striker, who he believes will add more backup to Chelsea squad.
Dzeko left Manchester city to join Roma last three season, and he completed his previous season with 29 goals in all competition for Roma.
A source at Stamford revealed to news men that Chelsea and Roma have reach conclusion to sign the striker for a reported fee of £28m during this January transfer window.
Arrangements is on going for eden Dzeko to complete his full transfer deal from Roma, with other ads on benefits, while the transfer fee is expected to reach £30m.
Also, Chelsea is also on the verge to land Dzeko team mates Emerson Palmieri.
The Brazilian international will compete with Chelsea left back Marcos Alonso at the Chelsea left flank side.
Monchi, Roma sport director also revealed Dzeko could leave Roma this January to Chelsea.
He stated, "Whatever agreement reached will be the best for both clubs".
Meanwhile, Antonio conte hopes Dzeko could fit in for Chelsea before his side face Barcelona at the round of 16 UCL qualification next month.
