President Muhammadu Buhari is expected to depart for Accra to attend the Ghana’s 61st Independence Anniversary on Monday 5, 2018.
In an announcement issued on Sunday by the President's Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Mr Femi Adesina, it was stated that the event would hold at the Ghana's Independence Square on Tuesday.
Buhari who was invited is the main outside visitor welcomed by President Nana Akufo-Addo to address the august get-together.
He said that Buhari would utilize the good chance to reestablish the long-standing warm relations between the people groups and administrations of both selfless countries.
The President would likewise discuss issues surrounding reinforcing ties in promotion of majority rule government, great administration and general improvement in the West African sub-area, as well as the African landmass.
He said the President, who might be joined by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Geoffrey Onyeama, and the National Security Adviser, Mr. Babagana Monguno, would come back to Abuja after the festivals on Tuesday.
President Mohammed Buhari was criticized on twitter by Nigerians after he attended the wedding of two state governors children in kano state, while he didn't make an attempt to make a trip to dapchi community, after the abduction of 110 school girls in the community.
