Cech reveals who is to blame for Arsenal’s defeat to Brighton
Arsenal Number one goalkeeper, Petr Cech, has revealed that he was at fault for their 2-1 loss at Brighton on Sunday in the Premier League.
The goalkeeper Cech conceded two goals in the opening 26 minutes.
He was first beaten to the ball by Shane Duffy, before Lewis Dunk strikes in the first goal. Czech at that point allowed a Glenn Murray header squirm under his body for the second goal.
Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang pull a goal back in no time before the break, yet Arsenal were not able to make an equalizer in the second half.
If a team is willing to win a game from home, most especially in a big league like the EPL, the goalkeeper won't concede two goals the way I did.
"It's essentially impractical. Our team tried in the second half however the harm was done," Cech tweeted.
The match was Arsenal's fourth progressive thrashing in all game, an outcome which leaves them on 13 point outside the best four, with only nine matches of the season remaining.
