Ex Chelsea midfielder cum Super Eagles captain, John Obi Mikel has come out to dismissed possible transfer move to Turkish club, Fenerbahce.

To prove the speculators wrong Mikel shared pictures of him training at Chinese club Tianjin Teda ahead of the new season.

Over the weekend, Turkey owned news portal named Sabah, had alleged that the 30-year-old was set to sign a contract with Fenerbahce  which will run till June 2020 for a worth of €3-million per year.

Mikel took to his Instagram handle where he posted series of pictures and captioned it '' Pre season with Tianjin TEDA Hard work for the new season and an exciting year ahead. ''

Mikel has 13 League appearances for Tianjin Teda during which he helped the team out of relegation.

In other news, by June this year, Mikel who also is the Super Eagles mid fielder and captain is expected to lead the Nigeria team to the world cup which will take place in Russia,where Nigeria will take on the likes of Argetina, Ice land and Crotia.
