Ex Manchester United player, Gary Neville, in a statement has revealed that Chelsea Football club which used to be a close competitor of Man United is no match for Man City and United.

The English defender blasted and faulted the transfer policy in place at Chelsea as he continued that the former top Premier League champions are no longer in the same League  with Manchester City United.

Gary also blasted Chelsea's  coach, Antonio Conte, as he stated that his two latest signings are tailored to meet Conte's need as he added that there is alot of risk to his signing. He further called Conte a manager who is on his way out of the club.

English club, Chelsea which won the English League last season are currently 18 points below League top club, Manchester City, and two points above fifth-placed Tottenham.
