Messi makes history in win over Sociedad


Barcelona left winger, Lionel Messi, has overtaken previous Bayern Munich star, Gerd Muller's long-standing goal record with 366th goal for the Spanish giant.

Gerd had nets 365 goals in 427 Bundesliga game around 1964 and 1979.

The Argentina star, Lionel Messi has now scored more league goals for  one club than any other player in European history after surpassing Gerd Muller's record on Sunday evening.

The Barca player scored Barca's fourth and last goal in an exciting match from a 1-0 down goal against Real Sociedad, taking his La Liga goal for barca club to 366.

Barca is the only team with unbeaten record this season with another new signing of £142m to add more quality to the club.

Furthermore, Real Madrid were shockingly whipped by Villarreal on Saturday and are battling just to meet all requirements for the Champions League.

Barcelona recently signed a new defender, yeri Mina with another attacker phillipe Coutinho with a whopping fee of £142m.
