Previous Serie A player and football specialist, Massimo Briaschi has uncovered that AS Roma striker, Edin Dzeko is about to complete his deal to the Stamford bridge this January.
Edin Dzeko is in chats over an arrangement to join the EPL defending champion's.
Briaschi included, the arrangement with AS Roma will be concluded before the January transfer window closes.
"Presently he his expected to join the defending champion's," Briaschi revealed to Tutto Mercato Web Radio.
"There are still circumstances to be settled however I figure he will go to Chelsea.
"The deal is essential for Roma and the player," the previous Juventus striker said.
Edin Dzeko played a vital role in his side triumph which ended 3-3 against Chelsea at the champion's league group stage.
The player strikes in two wonderful goal for Roma edging to victory in a 3-2 lead before hazard ruled out his goal with a header at the bridge.
Dzeko his expected to land in England after a contract deal have been agreed by both clubs Brisachi said.
The former Manchester city player haven't scored against Chelsea in his EPL career before netting a thunderous strike for Roma last October.
However his expected to leave Roma for Chelsea.
