- Roger Federer ranks No 1 in tennis ranking
This is a big moment for Swiss tennis star, Roger Federer, as he finally makes a comeback to be at the top of the world rankings.
This new achievement came after he won the Rotterdam Open Today. The amazing thing is, this is his 97th title.
The Swiss star defeated Grigor Dimitrov of Bulgaria in the final of the ABN AMRO World Tennis Tournament in Rotterdam.
Now on record only American star, Jimmy Connors with 109 titles has won more titles than Federer.
The last time Federer held the Number one post was back in October 2012.
The Swiss international has played two tournaments and won both this year.
Earlier on he was rank the oldest No. 1, a position which was previously by American Andre Agass in 2003.
This is not the first time Federer will win at Rotterdam as he had won it back in 2005 and 2012.
