- Morocco, Libya, Nigeria and others make CHAN tournament first XI
Lucky for Nigeria, the country team was able to get hold of two spot in the tournament’s best XI.
The Nigerian two home base player who made the first eleven are defender, Stephen Eze and midfielder, Dayo Ojo, who earned some of the best goals during the just concluded CHAN tournament.
Footballer, Ayoub El Kaabi, was named the best player of the competition. Ayoub, who is RS Berkane striker also held the top goal scorer spot with nine goals in six appearances. He also held a place in the top eleven of the tournament.
Arab country, Morocco,which hosted the competition carried the Cup after it defeat Nigeria 4-0 in the final.
