- Isreali Army reportedly fires missiles into Syria airspace targets Government Research Centre
Further information from some sources within the Syrian Government showed that the target was a “research centre” located in the town of Jamraya, North of the capital.
Reports said this is not the first time Isreal has been trying to strike the research centre.
The Israeli Army have refused to make any comment on the issue.
The air defence system in Syria had in the time past destroyed a number of missiles before reaching their targets
Planes belonging to Isreal have always used Lebanese airspace to fire missiles at targets located at Damascus.
Prior to this, Israel had taken cause of a number of air strikes with a focus to attacking areas where the Lebanese Shiite movement Hezbollah, a close ally of Syrian president Bashar al-Assad, was present.
