A Senior Advocate of Nigeria and PDP stawalt, Femi Fani-Kayode, Yesterday claimed Fulani herdsmen were  receiving instruction through phone call before launching attacks on Nigerians.


Fani Kayode made this known via his Twitter account where he shared a video of herdsmen carrying AK-47 and receiving phone calls as he described the video as being frightful.
