Atiku reacts to his reported move to join Obasanjo’s CNM

Previous Nigeria VP, Atiku Abubakar, has responded to reports at the end of the week which asserted that he is available to join the Olusegun Obasanjo-motivated Coalition for Nigeria Movement, CNM.

A report developed in some segment of the media on Saturday that the previous Vice President, who as of late came back to the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, from the All Progressives Congress, APC, was ready to join Obasanjo's recently shaped Movement.

Obasanjo had, amid his enrollment as an individual from the coalition in Abeokuta, the Ogun State capital, on Thursday, expressed that the development was never a political gathering, including that he would pull back from it in the event that it transformed into one.

In any case, talking with DAILY POST on the issue, the representative to Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, Mr. Paul Ibe stated, "Alhaji Atiku Abubakar is concentrating on the expectation of his new political gathering.

"Atiku is in the Peoples Democratic Party which is in extension.

The gathering is connecting with its individuals who absconded to the APC preceding the 2015 race and furthermore contacting other political gatherings.

"Obasanjo's Movement is an erroneous date. Nobody knows the bearing of the Coalition and you don't anticipate that his Excellency will be a piece of such development.

Obasanjo has rejected the PDP.

He has even torn his enrollment card and proclaimed his retirement from fanatic governmental issues. So what is his development about?
