Argentina player, Lionel Messi, has apparently advised his club to sell off three players following their club-record £142 million transfer of Philippe Coutinho from Liverpool, Diario Gol revealed.
Coutinho was signed to camp nou as a Barca player on Monday noon, bringing an end to their long-running quest for the
Liverpool midfielder.
As indicated by the report, Lionel Messi has held discussions with the Barcelona Top board executives over which player to lay off.
The Barca star said his Catalan club should sell Vidal, Gerard Deulofeu and Andre Gomes.
Aliex Vidal has failed to perform since his transfer to Barcelona as departed Dani Alves replacement while vidal is now keen to join Sevilla.
Previous Everton player Deulofeu could make a transfer to Serie A, with both Inter Milan and Napoli in chase of the player.
Andrea Gomes is connected to a £30million transfer move to Tottenham.
Furthermore, The new club signing have tweeted that former Barca star Neymar jnr has congratulated him on his transfer move to the Catalonia.
Coutinho have now been sidelined for three weeks after a thigh injury before the transfer move.
Coutinho replaced neymar at barca with a reported fee of £142m transfer fee, which have also prompted his former side to seek for replacement.
