Senator representing bayelsa East Ben Bruce, has again blasted Kaduna state governor Nasir El rufai.
Bruce's most recent response is in light of El-Rufai's tweet that Bruce was organising model contest when the Kaduna– Abuja rail ventures were being established.
El-Rufai stated "Realities can't be wrangled about. Ideas are free.
"When Olusegun Obasanjo government was establishing the rail network, Ben-Bruce was organising model contest and Jonathan was a deputy governor. I am not sentimental!"
Bruce had before tweeted: "Your hatred on the late Yar'adua may have blurred your judgment. I made no specification of the 'Abuja light railroad'.
"My post was reffered to the Abuja-Kaduna railroad which is a result of the Jonathan government. I am delighted to freely argue this with you."
Tweeting on Saturday evening, the senator expressed: "Dear governor, no need for hate speeches
"Development on Abuja-Kaduna rail started on February 2011 and finished on December 2014. Jonathan did it. These are real facts."
On El-Rufai's reference to model contest by Bruce, the senator stated: "Yes, I held excellence model contst and created the first Black Miss World which you and I ought to be glad for."
The war of words began when Bruce requested that President Muhammadu Buhari offer credit to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan and not take all the grandness for each strategy and task under his government.
