Last Night witnessed a tough match in the English Premiere League game between two arch rivals, Arsenal and Chelsea Football Clubs.
The match which ended on a 2-2 have gotten many fans of Chelsea blaming Alvaro Morata for making the club lose out in what would have been a big win for Chelsea.
Chelsea manager, Antonio Conte, also revealed he had the same opinion as many of Chelsea fans as he says Alvaro Morata must “work harder”.
Conte in a dispirited mood said this after the team’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal at Emirates stadium.
The manager was also of the opinion that Morata was in a position to give Chelsea all three points as he blew three one-on-one chances, he hit the ball off target twice, also his close range effort in the last minutes was blocked by Chelsea turn Arsenal goalkeeper, Petr Cech.
Conte while reacting to the striker performance said he has to improve in front of goal as the result was not what the club expected.
He however applauded him for his efforts, he said; “But I must praise him for his efforts, He is a player that puts in his best and want to see the team win."
He revealed Chelsea had many goal opportunities but disappointedly didn't make use of it.
When Conte was asked why he hit the ground during the second half, he said he felt disappointed because the club lost a clear goal opportunity.
“That is how you well when you see a goal lost. It is disappointing.”
