 from a breast reduction surgery which reduced the size of her enormous 36H bust.

 34-year-old Rose was spotted in public for the first time since her surgery as she stepped out in Beverly Hills.

According to reports, the surgery was performed on January 17 by Dr. Garth Fisher in Beverly Hills.
