Drama scene occurred at the Ikeja Magistrate ' s Court , Lagos State , on Monday as the accused hip bounce artiste, Damini Ogulu , otherwise known as Burna Boy , was charged.
The accused was taken into the court by the charged Police Officer , Sergeant Olagunju Olatunji , when the court was going to sit and was whisked away in a car utility vehicle instantly after his charged.
He quickly went into the holding up SUV , Lexus 300RX with number plate, AAA 473 DB , in organization with some policemen in mufti and was escorted from the court premises to an unidentified area .
The hip hop singer Burma boy was wearing pants and shirt, wearing adornments and glasses.
Burna Boy , who was captured for claimed
association in the theft of his partner , Abiye Jumbo , prominently called Mr . 2 kay , was summoned on two tallies of " assistant to after truth and neglecting to offer data to the police on the assault .
He had been pronounced wanted by the state Chief of Police , Edgal Imohimi , on November 20 , however he later showed up at the charge on Friday.
He was expeditiously arrested and detained in the spot of the Special Anti - Robbery Squad in Ikeja.
Four accused , with Burna Boy ' s street administrator , Joel Kantiok, had been paraded for purportedly stealing from Mr . 2 Kay on October 22 in his room at the Eko Hotel and Suites , Victoria Island , not long after ' Buckwyld N Breathless ' show held in the office .
Amid the parade, the suspects, with the exception of Kantiok, admitted to have completed the assault on the requests of Burna Boy .
