Police Confirm Bomb threat in Abuja
The Police have affirmed bomb danger in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) and six different states in the nation.
The United States and British government had cautioned its nationals in Nigeria of Bomb assault in FCT and other Nigerian states.
The Commissioner of Police FCT, CP Sadiq Bello Speaking in a partners meeting in Abuja to handle the proposed risk, said the Police were working with other security offices to ensure that the danger was not actualized.
Bello stated: "The risk of bomb attack is genuine; in any case we need to guarantee individuals from people in general that we are working in a joint effort with other security organizations to guarantee that we as a whole appreciate a serene yuletide.
"The U.S and British government cautioned us on approaching danger and it would be unprofessional of us not to do anything.
God won't pardon us in the event that we don't do anything and that is the reason we are worried about the issue.
"We are strategizing now on how to tackle the terrorist attack and will prefer not to disclose our work to the media so that memebers of the danger group won't come with another form of attack.
"We are doing a considerable measure particularly with our sister security offices. We have just mapped out methodologies and we have just started that.
