One of American rapper turned business man, Curtis James Jackson III, who goes by the stage name 50 Cent literally crashed the fun at a club party on Saturday night, he accidentally stepped on and broke a $1,000 worth of DJ equipment.
According to onlookers, The rapper of hit song “In da Club” put on a 15-song set at Miami’s Ora nightclub during a pop-up party thrown by celeb-favorite karaoke spot Blind Dragon.
But somehow 50cents turn from a rapper to a jumper as he “jumped from the speaker to a VIP table and to the top of the DJ booth, he landed right on the mixer,” according to another onlooker.
Luckily for him, “it was seamlessly replaced, and his show continued.”
However, when the rapper saw what he had done, he became remorseful and offered to pay for the costly equipment, but club owner Ryan Van Milligen declined.
“The broken mixer was worth every penny,” he tells us. “He’s welcome to come back and jump on our DJ equipment anytime. He literally brought down the house — no pun intended!”
