NEMA Zonal Coordinator, Alhaji Suleiman Yakubu, who spoke to Director General Mustapha Maihajja, urged different states government to take the bull by horn in thinking of recovery and reintegration impetuses for the returnees notwithstanding what is being given at national and global levels.
